Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Dumple. By using Dumple, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Dumple is
Dumple is a brain dumping app that helps you capture rough thoughts, transcripts, and shared content, then turn that material into drafts and other formatted outputs.
Accounts
You may need an account to use Dumple. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account and for keeping access to your device and Apple account secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Dumple. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, store, reproduce, and transmit that content so the service can function.
AI-generated output
Dumple may generate drafts, rewrites, or other outputs using AI systems. Those outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you rely on, publish, or share it.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid features may be offered through Apple in-app purchases. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. We may change plan features or pricing prospectively.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Dumple to violate the law or the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the service, abuse rate limits, or access systems you are not authorized to use.
- Do not use Dumple to upload or generate material that you do not have the right to use.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, abuse the service, create risk for Dumple or other users, or if we need to protect the integrity or security of the product.
Disclaimers
Dumple is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or that the service will meet every need.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dumple and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dumple after an update means you accept the revised terms.
